Does anyone know where I can download the ROM flash for an MPx220 not on
Cingular service?

Sorry I should have been clearer.
The ROM update I need is to fix the Low Earpiece volume" problem. The phone
already had PPC2003sp2 on it.
The current ROM version is 1.43 but the phone I was sent had 1.27
which is defective as noted by Motorola. This is a hardware flash problem
not an OS problem I am looking to resolve.

However if you are in the US and do not have Cingular service Motorola wants
you to send in the phone. Since I just bough it, I sent it back to the
seller.

well if thats all you wanted you could have went to motorola's website and
did the upgrade online.
