Problem using Moto Phone tools 4.04

I'm trying to sync calendar and contacts between my e815 and MPT 4.04. I'm
using a USB cable, and the driver is installed and the modem detected in XP.
When I start MPT 4.04 it correctly identifies and connects with the phone.
I can then open the Synchronization Suite, but as soon as I select a task,
e.g. sync contacts or sync calendar, the app just stalls. It doesn't
freeze, it just waits indefinitely. I've done this with the modem status
window open and there is no activity. What do I need to do to get this
working? Thanks!

First thing, tell it that you're using a E815m, not E815.
