Problem transferring pictures from V551

My daughter has a Motorola V551 on Cingular and she uses a Bluetooth USB
Adapter to transfer pictures from her phone to her laptop. She had been
doing it successfully for several months, but now for some reason she can't
get it to work. The computer seems to recognize the phone all right, but
when she tries to transfer the pictures she gets a message that says "FTP
service was not found on target device".

Anyone know what this means or how to fix it?

When BT it finds the phone, delete it. The have it search again (with
the phone in 'Find Me' and when it detects is the phone, go through the
pairing procedure again. It should be OK after that.
