iTunes directly on phone, not memory card - SLVR

Does anyone know how to put iTunes (or at least one iTune) directly
onto the phone, NOT onto the memory card? I have read places that you
can store one or two songs directly on the phone and use it as your
ringtone, but I can't find out how to do that.
