company...and we all know how much europe sucks....except for the
netherlands. the rest of europe is a big garbage can full of rotten meat and
soiled diapers.

#2 | | Guest | They upset me here in the UK a couple of years ago when they would not give
me a consistent message about the charging structure for data calls. Both
me and my partner ran up big bills unknowingly, because CS had told us the
calls were part of our inclusive minutes. With that, I cancelled all my
business with them and went over to O2 and have never looked back.
Having roamed in the USA a good deal since that time, I always use AT&T (an
O2 partner for the USA) and have found the service to be excellent. So for
the original post on this subject, I recommend this guy check out AT&Ts
offerings!
Good luck. | | | |

Cingular when my year is up.

#4 | | Guest | As a T-mobile user, I totally agree this is the worst company on earth.
Once you buy a phone from T-Mobile, they could give a **** less what
happens to you or your phone. And as far as the phone exchange program
goes, what a total crock of ****. I have had 4 phones and all of them
have had the same problem, and NOBODY at T-mobile cares.
Before you buy a phone from T-mobile, seriously consider how much they
suck as a phone company, consider how poor thier phone replacement phone
plan is, and think hard about how you will be stuck with a sucky phone
forever

#5 | | Guest | I went into a T Mobile shop when looking for my new phone recently.
The manageress gave me a quote on a new T720i for a particular pricing plan,
which was way above what I would have had to pay by going to a shop 3 doors
down the road (A Link store), where I had already got a quote.
When I said T Mobile seemed more expensive, the manageress said:
"Ah, but if you have a problem with your phone, you will find our support
much better and we will get you a replacement phone much quicker"
I said: "But mobile phones do not go wrong that often do they ?"
She said "You would be surprised, a lot of our customers have to return a
faulty phone"
I said "Well I do not really want to be buying one of your phones then do I
?"
At which point a few customers who had overheard laughed, she had no reply,
and I went to The Link and bought a phone on O2.
