SMS receipt notification with accompli A008?

On most mobile phones, you can switch on the SMS notification
function. If you send a SMS then, you get notified if the receiver
gets the message. I haven't found that function in the accompli. Did
motorola forget it?

Hi Jens,

If you are on a GSM service, then you can force a delivery report by
prefixing your message with certain characters. For example, I have to
prefix with *0#
Your service provider website should contain this information.

I have an Accompli, but have never found a switch to do this automatically.

All motorola phones has no notification, unfortunately.
