v300: Adding voice dial to existing number

I just upgraded to a v300 phone and used my SIM from previous phone. All
seems well. I noted that I can add a phone number + a voice for voice
dialing. I can seem to find a way to edit a current phone number and add a
voice entry so I can voice dial. It seems that I could with my old T193 but
not with the v300.

What am I missing? TIA
