What program? Motorola Phone Tools? Where does that message appear? On
the PC or on the phone?
However, you don't want to fill a decent size memory card via Bluetooth
because that would literally take hours (approx. 150kbit/s =>
19KByte/s => 54 seconds per Megabyte => filling a 256MByte card takes
about four hours).
Better use the USB mass storage mode instead. It isn't really fast on
the L7 but much faster than bluetooth.
On the phone, go to the main menu, select "settings", select
"connection", select "USB" and switch the phone into "mass storage
mode". Then connect the phone to the PC via a USB cable. If the cable
didn't come in the package, use the cable of your digital camera or mp3
player or get one for a few pounds in any electronics store. In mass
storage mode, the phone should appear in the windows explorer with it's
own drive letter and you should be able to copy files onto the memory
card without any additional software.
