is this guy for real? i have cingular and i've had them for a while now. they do put phantom charges on ur bill and if u dont pay attention they'll take the shirt off ur back lol.. but if u do pay attention and when u see a charge u dont understand or u didnt apply for. call them and explain it calmly and they will care of it right away on the spot. or maybe they just help me out cuz i have 5 plus lines with them.

give you the right to screw them!

Cingular customer service is the best customer service of ANY
cellular/wireless carrier I have ever have. They have had to
handle a multitude of problems for me and have gone overboard
what was required of them. But I never owed THEM money so I can't
say about that side of it.

There are thousands who's experience is much less satisfactory than
yours has been.... Cingular is usually ranked dead last or tied for
last in most reviews.

I'm glad your experience has been better than most.
