Need desperate help! Motorola PST causes errors

I installed Motorola PST 7.2.3 on Windows Server 2003 and I now get an
error when booting.

The error says that P2K service depends on "BUSBD" which is supposed to be
a service I cannot locate to even see if it is running or not.

Also, when I installed the Motorola PST it also installed some kind
of program from WIBU Systems. Can someone please help me get this all
sorted out?
