Will a Bluetooth PC Adapter, such as the DLink DBT-120, work with a
Verizon, locked, Motorola E815, as far as allowing transfer of pictures
and music files? Are there other better Adapter choices?
TIA

That's a good adapter. I don't know what VZW disabled but theres a
thread on that issue at www.motox.info.

Re: E-815 and bluetooth adapter
Would it be logical to think that with the Bluetooth Adapter and
Motorola Phone Tools that I would get no more and no less function than
I do now with a cable? In other words, I can't transfer pictures with
the cable, so I probably wouldn't be able to with the BT either?

Re: E-815 and bluetooth adapter
With the BT adapter you don't need to run MPT to do that.

That's correct. Using Bluetooth to link the phone with the computer will
not add functionality. Unfortunately, you have to hack the phone software
to gain full transfer capability.
