needing help razr3 to razr3i

i have a razr 3 phone and i just bought a new razr3i phone.
i want to unlock the ringtones and transfer them to the 3i phone cause i
paid for them and there is no ringtones on my new phone.
i been checking the net but all i've been finding is to unlock the phone for
other phone services not for my problem.

The ringtones you installed shouldn't be locked. However, if they are,
use P2k Commander to retrieve them and move them to another phone.

i have p2k easy tool but don't know how to work it?

i found it somewhere else.
but after installing it and pluging in my v3 phone it ask for:
motorola accessory -
motorola mcu data logger -
motorola test command?

i can't fimd them?
i downloaded motorola usb drivers and it still ask for those files?

They're actually contained in the p2kcommander folder. When it tries to
load the drivers point it to the p2k drivers2.9 folder.
