Re: Motorola Phone Tools 4
You bought a computer. Does that entitle you to free software? No,
Windows wasn't free, it was bundled and you paid for it. Your carrier
chose not to bundle the software (not Motorola's choice!) so complain to
them. Lastly, if you want to steal it, at least spend the 2 minutes
(that's right, just 2 minutes) of effort it takes to find it online
yourself. You not only want to steal you want to be spoon fed as well?
What a loser!
Finally, to answer your question directly, yes, somebody does have a
link to download this software.

First, here is the link
http://www.bvrp.com/CUSTOMERS/MOTOROLA/UPGRADE/US/
It says it is an upgrade, but if you select 'none' for current version it
will provide the full version download.
As for not getting it free with your phone BruceR is correct, this is a
choice your carrier (or which ever retailer) you purchased from made and no
doubt to increase their profit. MOst any carrier I know allows 30 days to
return the phone so give them the option to cough up the software or take
back the phone. If they choose the latter, find a (reputable) dealer to
purchase the bundle from and better yet an unlocked RAZR.
Just my opinion

Yeah that sucks. If you have Limewire you can find most anything.

Re: Motorola Phone Tools 4
They include the software with iPOD so you can use it to BUY music from
them. Motorola includes the cable and software in their OEM packages
but the carriers unbundle to sell the phone for less. Don't like it? Buy
and OEM package and get everything!

Re: Motorola Phone Tools 4
Then you're not smart enough to use the software anyway. Smoke another
doobie and enjoy the day.

Re: Motorola Phone Tools 4
If he wants to synch contacts he can do so with the Motorola software or
others. He can buy it for $15 onebay or steal it. Problem is that he's
already admitted that he's to stupid to find it.

What 'weird' things exactly does MPT allow you to do???
I mean unless you consider synching your address book without wanting to
type in about 60 entries manually weird.

Could be he is not as 'tech savvy' is you certainly must be.
First computer maybe, not sure yet about search engines, who knows.
I realize it would have been such a struggle for so many of you to simply
provide the BVRP link to him, sarcasm is always so much easier.
Perhaps all of you need to sit back and think of the reason newsgroups
exist.
