I had a crash and needed to reinstall MPT. I have version 3.0 and
previously I installed and ran liveupdate a number of times to bring it up
to version 4.x. This time it installs fine and updates to 3.28. Then when
I run liveupdate it finds and downloads v3.3, but can't install it, giving a
"the liveupdate engine is not installed" error message. Obviously the
liveupdate engine IS installed. I uninstalled MPT, deleted all folders and
references to the program in the registry and started over, but this didn't
help. Any idea how to solve this? TIA
