razr v3m question?

I have a razr v phone from verizon before I installed music essentials kit
and office kit I could send pictures and small video clips (under 3mb)from
my home pc to my phone it no longer lets me does anybody have an idea why? I
get a message:

SMTP error from remote server after transfer of mail text:

host smtp.vzwpix.com[66.174.95.12]:

550 SMTP connection refused



I also have a 1mb card in the phone
