V220 ring tone download

I have a friend in the UK with a V220. I have a couple ring tones she'd
like to load into her phone. If I put them up on a Web page for her can
she download them to her phone using her phone? She does not currently
have Mobile Phonetools.

Use a WAP (not Web) hosting site. Info in the FAQ below.
