Hi I just got a non iTunes V3i.
How do I get iTunes on this phone?

You can't. Totally different chipset. Firmware for one will not work on
the other. The NON itunes version is better as the itunes one only lets
you have 50 or 100 songs. You have no limit on yours. Use the DAp player
if you like or, better, just use "sounds'" to create playlists.
