Recently upgraded the phone on my wife's share talk plan. Got a Motorola
V262. She really likes the size and color and I am satisfied with the
features. Not like my V710 but all she needs. I am not sure if I noticed
it right at first but when you are talking on the phone or to the phone you
hear a slight clicking noise in the back ground. This happens no mater where
in the state or country she is. The best way to describe it is like having
a police scanner set with a priority channel. The scanner may stop on a
particular channel and you are listening to the communications, but in the
background it is switching over and checking the priority channel.
Cellphones are busy doing a lot of things anytime we have them on. This is
probably some normal cellphone function that Motorola failed to mask
adequately.
Anyone out there have or heard of this problem and know a solution, or some
way to get Motorola to talk to me about it? The local dealer is no help,
other than to offer to send the phone off..
