Razr - supress ringtone mode change sounds?

How do I suppress the sound I get when I change my ringtone mode from
"Vibrate then Ring" to "Vibrate only"? I use the buttons on the left to do
this with the unit closed.

As I scroll through the entries, I get confirmation tones.

I would like to do this discretely without the tones, as the mere changing
of the mode creates the same annoyance as if I was actually receiving a
call.
