sync software by BVP/Aventquest doesn't work

Lowlights: syn software really bad,
Comments: The phone is outstanding but letdown badly by the sofware.

It is really let down by the sync software by BVP/Aventquest . Be very
careful back up you database before use, the software scrambles the
computer database. Software doesn't follow synchronisation rules. The
software doesn't control first name last name option.
Basically the software has so many serious bugs it should not have been
released.
