how to transfer photos and ringtones without motorola phone tools

I was wondering if there was a way to transfer photos and ringtones
from a computer to a Razr phone using a usb cable without the motorola
phone tools. thanks

You'll need MPT or Mobile Edit or DataPilot unless you want to get into
playing with the file structure in P2kCommander (not for the feint
hearted). However, for less than $20 you can buy a Bluetooth dongle for
your PC and do it that way.
