I've Motorola V360 AND h/w and s/w info are as given below:

problem:
After powering on the mobile, my mobile respond to anything
(animation,keypad,other function) very slowly. After 20 minutes, the
mobile
is normal again, works very well. Again if I switch off the mobile and
switch on, the same problem arise.
Actually, I had given mobile to unlock it to use in other country. Then
after that, above problem start to arise. Before unlocking, it was
working
fine.
What to do:
What should i do,guys? 1.Should i give it to those people to copy new
firmware software to the mobile (what are the chances mobile will be
fine?),2.Should i master reset or master clear. But I don't know
Security
Code, how to bypass the security code and master reset the mobile.
Plz help my mobile work fine.
