e815 Bluetooth to Lexus

Any one know how to get the phonebook into the Lexus (2005 RX330 with
navigation). The phone syncs fine and I can make and receive calls
without any problem. I would like to get some phone numbers into the
Lexus with names etc - if you have done it and know how please let me
know.

I had sort of given up, but my friend has the same phone and it syncs
beautifully to his BMW so I thought there has to be a way - after all
the phone is the same. I know that Lexus has not tested is and so they
claim not supported! Hope springs eternal!

Are you connecting to a bluetooth device on your desktop USB port?

I can connect to a laptop, to my car to make calls and to a headphone.
the issue seems to be that the Lexus expects the phone to initiate
phone book transfer and the 815 does not seem able to do it. I read
the phone manual but can't figure out a way to do this. if someone has
done this please let me know. Thanks
