I have a Motorola Razor/V3 and Motorola HS850. All was working well for
about two weeks. Now, the two will pair, but when connected, I can't
hear the "beep" when the phone rings and can't answer it.

Also, when I push the button on the bluetooth, I no longer get the
voice command prompt from the phone to allow me to place a call.

Have tried deleting the entry in the phone and re-discovering, but no
    luck!!

    Ideas anyone??

Is the Volume turned all the way down on the HS850?
I use my HS850 with my V3 every day mostly using voice commands
    to make calls.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I should've mentioned that the bluetooth
works fine on my Blackberry. So its something with the V3.

I also thought that doing a Master Reset might work, but when I enter
the default passcode "000000" it says invalid password. (hmmm....sounds
    like another posting to me!!)

Looks like you may have entered too many zeros. I believe it should be four
    zeros for the pass code.

Re: HS850 and Razor pairs, but can't answer or make calls

Thanks..I'll try four zeroes, although the manual shows 6.

On the issue of the bluetooth connecting but not communicating with the
RAZR, I got it to work by leaving the entry for the b-tooth in the
phone, but going into the entry for the device and selecting "Find Me"
while the headset is ON, but NOT in discovery mode. Worked like a
    charm!

May not be a fix, but an easy work-around!

    Thanks all who replied!

Re: HS850 and Razor pairs, but can't answer or make calls

Glad you were able to get it to work. They way I use the Bluetooth on my
Razr is to turn it on within the phone when needed after I have powered up
the headset. Just leave the found headset on the phone and select it when
you power it up, again after you have powered up the headset. You can also
have different headsets paired to your phone. Just select the one you will
be using. I have the HS850 and a Plantronics Voyager 510. I really like the
510 much better. Better volume and it does not flop around on my ear.
