Motorola W315 with MetroPCS

I cant access the phonebook through Phonetools nor upload pictures. I assume
MetroPCS has disabled these features. Any one know of a way around this? It
would be so much easier importing myOutlook phonebook than typing in 300+
phone numbers in via the phones keypad.

Any help would be appreciated.
