Motorola V3i RAZR Ringtones

Hi,

Can anybody tell me what the best file type is for playing ringtones on my
Motorola V3i RAZR i.e. AAC, MP3, 3GP, ect.. I have a file converting
program but I am unsure what to convert the files in to they are currently
in MP3 format.
