Krzr ringtone problem

With the help of a couple of good guys ( on here ) I am getting mp3's
to my phone and the phone is allowing me to assign them as ringtones ..

but ...

even though the phone will play them on the preview ..
after assigning them as the new ringtone ...
the phone doesnt ring ... it doesnt work


any ideas

yea .. frustrating ..

at least yours rings ..

I try to use my own ringtones .. and when I test them before assigning
them .. they play perfectly. Then I say "use as ringtone" .. and
when people call ... its silent !!!!!!!

What does your service provider say about it? Maybe it's something that
they can tweak with an online software update?
