For USB, you need some handy program like "Motorola Phone Tools" or MPT.
You can find it on Amazon for less than $10, or downloadable from BVRP for
around $25.

If you had a Bluetooth adapter, and the v323i had bluetooth, the standard
Windows drivers offer "OBEX" file transfer that you could use to move
pictures.

Unless...
You have a Verizon phone. Verizon would prefer that you email pictures to
yourself, incurring network charges. Your phone might be hobbled so that
it can't transfer photos. Cingular doesn't do that.
