Question about Q and MSN email

I'm trying to set up a Motorola Q to interface with MSN email. The Q
documentation acts like MSN = Hotmail, which is not the case. I have
followed the instructions for setting up Hotmail (even with Verizon support
for almost 2 hours), but it doesn't work. MSN email is not the same as
Hotmail. Our accounts are [email protected] not [email protected]

Any advice?

you can access your msn.com account thru hotmail.

I have done it for years. I access my msn.com account thru my phone with no
problems at all.
