V3C software problem

The phone worked great last night, but when I turned it on this morning I
got a white screen that said FTS at the top and then what for all the world
looks like a data dump. Anyone have an idea what's up?

Actually, one other thing. The phone receives calls but the only way to
disconnect is to close the phone. I cannot make calls
