You need Motorola Phone Tools version 4.5.1c and the appropriate
drivers, Vista 64 drivers are not the same as the Vista 32 drivers.

My personal experience with Katy Prince was GREAT, you might want to
give her a try.

If you're running Vista 32 it will upgrade and work, if you're
running Vista 64 you need to email her for a link to the drivers.
