MPT - No Live Update

I cannot figure out how to force a Live Update with my MPT 3.11h. I
know the version is much higher now, but when I go to Menu/Setup there
is no Live Update option. What do I need to do?

email to support at bvrp.com. They will ask for proof of purchase of your
original MPT, and then will supply you with a link to download the latest
image.

I wrote to them. It actually goes to Avanquest Software, but
eventually winds up at BVRP. They answered back with an
acknowledgement, so will have to wait and see what develops.

version 4 is for sale on ebay for about $10, alot cheaper than buying it new
for $40. If you have proof of purchase or registered the software they will
help you, in.......time.

I got a response back the next morning. I had no problem getting the
update using my 3.0 version software. I just sent them the serial
number from the jacket. The download was good for 5 days, and it was
the complete program. Interestingly, I received a similar response
back from both Avanquest and Motorola even though I only wrote to
Avanquest. I guess they really wanted to show good customer support.
Don't see how it could be any better. The new software works
perfectly with my KRZR K1.
