#1 | | Guest | Just bought a Kingston 2 GB SDC/2GB-2ADP transflash micro sd, tought
it works well with the pc and the sd adapter, even formatting it FAT
and/or copying the files from the old memory card, it can't be read
nor formatted in the razr v3i.
Tried updating the firmware but get same error.
I will see at the shop if they will change me for a 1GB card, but
really hope that works!
Any hint?

#3 | | Guest | A 2 GB card will definitly work in a v3i, v3xx and v6 Maxx. I have a 2GB
Sandisk microSD that worked right out of the box without formatting. I
have a v3i and a v6 Maxx and have been told the v3xx accepts it too.

Which of the above 3 do you have? Did you try it out of the box or did
you format it first? | | | |

Very strange. I originally had a 1GB in my v3i and then put in the 2GB
when it was released. I then moved the 2GB card to my v6 Maxx when I
gave the v3i to my daughter-in-law. I wonder if you have a bad phone.

if you have a look around you will find a lot of people saying it
works and others saying not. I tryed all suggested methods, even
updating the firmware and it does not work.
To me it is due to the italian firmware, I think it's not the phone
nor the Kingston card. | | | |

That's a possibility. Perhaps a new version from www.planetmotox.net
will fix it. | | | |

great site, but why do I find that hard to understand what mod to
download and install? is there a list of mod/monster packages with a
description of features and mods so that I can understand where the 2-
GB support is? | | | |

I am still not able to identify features of the mods, I registered
but I do not get the confirmation email, even trying with different
addresses, so I cannot write, contact users, and use many basic
functions of the forum :-(

Have a look at www.howardforums.com and www.motomodders.net for the same
info. | | | | |
