My kid just got a new V3xx with the same ATT/Cingular service as
before. Two questions:
1) Is there a way to mute the turn on and turn off tones? My Nokia
does it, but I cannot find the option on this phone.
2) The old phone only showed an internet connection when we'd made
one. The options were "Packet Data - when connected" or "Packet Data -
Always online." The new phone has the little "
Edge" symbol showing all
the time. Are we paying for a data connection all the time and is
there a way to have something like the " when connected" option?
