Purchased 4 Razrs about 2 months ago. One of my son's phone was having
problems with a blank screen and such. We called Motorola and shipped
it back under the manufacturers warranty. About 2 weeks later we
received it back with a note that said.
"Physical damage cannot be repaired"
My son never dropped the phone or anything.
Is there anything I can do?
It looks like Motorola can always just claim, "Physical Damage".
