Are there rebates or special offers to look for?

Costco sells the H700 with charger and bonus car charger for $69.99 in
the stores. It's $79.99 on their website for some reason. Of course
you need to be a Costco member.

Assuming that by "best" you mean "most affordable" you can get it from
Amazon.com for $34. Of course, if you're going to mail order it's best to
be certain you want it. If you buy it at a retail store you would probably
be able to return it if you discover you don't really like it (always check
the return policy beforehand). FWIW, I have one and haven't been able to
get consistent performance from it, but I haven't found a BT headset that IS
consistent - they all seem to be very vulnerable to interference. I do
really like the ability to switch it on and off by swinging the small boom -
very convenient! It looks good too, but isn't that comfortable on my ear
(again, everyone is different in this regard).
