A2DP adapters

Do the bluetooth a2dp adapters that plug into a headphone jack
work as well as the factory bluetooth in the RazrXX?

I would like to use it on my Razr V3r so I can use it with
Motorola S9 headphones. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
