Hi everyone - I am new to this site today. Can anyon please help me
urgently? I am fairly new to this technology.

I have a Motorola W220 and downloaded a ringtone which has appeared in
my inbox under browser messages! When I go into this it says retreive.
When I do this it seems to be there and I then press save as ringtone.

So far, so good. But when I go into my ringtone detail it lists all the
ones already supplied with the phone and then at end of list boxes
saying 'empty'
I can't find the tone I downloaded!!

When i previously had a Nokia I download a ringtone and it was saved as
a mid'file? and i was able to make it my default ringtone.

Where am I going wrong please. Simple terms for a pensioner who is
learnin please!!
