need a REPUTABLE place to purchase NEW unlocked older cellphones

I'm tired of getting ripped off on EBAY. I bought two supposedly NEW
Motorola V180i phones from different dealers on Ebay, and both of them
failed within a few months, and another I had sent back. I found out
that these scum on Ebay are selling refurbished junk from Europe/Asia
as BRAND NEW.

Does anyone know of a reputable store that sells older brand new GSM
phones
that are unlocked, and will stand behind their products? I don't need
camera and all the fancy stuff, just a quad band with maybe bluetooth.

The older GSM models were often not quad band.

Go to "http://www.jr.com" and search for "quad unlocked". They start at
$179.99.

eBay is a mixed bag for me. I bought a low-priced RAZR V3 on it that was
supposed to be unlocked. It wasn't (I paid $11.00 on eBay to get it
unlocked). But otherwise the phone is working well.
