I don't see 'em when I logon. Same Q and V3c on Alltel. Must be for some
other carrier's hobbleware.

What carrier is it for?

THAT'S ONLY FOR US CELLULAR PHONES.....not anyone else. US CELLULAR ONLY!

That's right. First you select your carrier, then your model.
