Motorola v3m cdma and US Cellular

I'm new to this group so I apologize if this has already been answered. I
have a Motorola v3m CDMA cell phone with U.S. Cellular service. I can't get
Phone Tools or BitPim to work with it. Is there any way to sync this phone?

TIA

Was this, perhaps, originally a Verizon phone? ;-)

Anyway, you need a VERY recent version of MPT to get support for the
RAZR. I believe that mine is V4.56a. I had to download it after buying
what I thought was a current version from Amazon.com. V4.0 DOES NOT
upgrade to this version or, at least, it didn't for me!

If you can't find a place to buy this version on-line, call Motorola at
the number in your instruction book and see if they can help!

For BitPim support you'll have to ask someone who knows!

I have version 4.5 of phone tools. And no, I never had Verizon, I've had
U.S. Cellular for a long time.... I just bought the phone a short while ago
from U.S. Cellular. No matter what I do, my phone does not get found,
either by phone tools or bitpim.

When MPT starts & searches for an update, it does not automatically
upgrade to the latest version, only to new one after your current version.
If your current version is a few upgrades old, you will need to update
several times.
My version is 4.5.6a 8/16/07 & it will work with the RAZR V3xx.

If all else fails try the driver tool to install a current "modem" driver
The drivertool has been updated and the new one is located at:
