download that program...
get your fone linked to your computer (buy a cheap usb cable if you don't have one and install the free motorola drivers for that here:
http://developer.motorola.com/docsto...et_USB_Driver/ and install and then hook up the fone and let it get recognized )
open motosetup and press the "refresh" button...
scroll all the way down and all your unlock codes and password stuff is shown...
unlock it using that...
make another password and tatoo it on your daughter's thumb...
tan your son's hide !!
