When I try to set up my Motorazr v3i with mms via Motorolas service (which
my provider points me to), I get an error message saying that a limit has
been exceeded. When I go to see which accounts are there already, there are
about three mms accounts that the phone came with and that are no use to me,
since they come from other providers. I cannot seem to delete them to make
room for my own mms account. Any ideas?
The phone is brand new, bought from an online store here in Denmark. I was
most surprised, however, when I unpacked it and found that it had Thai
characters on the keys ... Globalization, I guess.
The mms-accounts that I cannot get rid of are Asian ones.

Gray market is my guess. I'd return the phone if possible.

If you get desperate, Google "Moto modding" for websites with
instructions on how to hack the phone.

Thanks. I may have to look into that. It is not that I have a great need
to send mms's, but it bothers me when everything is not working the way
it supposed to.
About the "gray market" theory: It is in the worst scenario a case of
parallel import, which is perfectly legal here. - The Thai lettering is
accompanied by latin characters, so it is not that bad. Anyway, it was a
good price ... (famous last words).
