Is anybody familiar with "burnt cell phones"? There is a place in Toledo, OH
that sells them. They sell the phone itself for $125. All outgoing calls are
free of charge. There is no monthly bill. The phone itself works everywhere,
and there is no monthly bill. They only give you 20 minutes of incoming
calls, after that you have to add more. But the thing is, they include
caller-id so you don't have to answer the phone and you can call the person
right back. This is not what somebody has told me, I have actually seen/used
the phones. Does anybody know how to program a phone to do this? The phone
itself says Verizon, but it was not purchased from a verizon dealer.
