When I use my 'hands free' earpiece, I seem to hear a monitor effect in the
ear I have it in. It is just one of those bud-type earphones with the inline
mic. The people I talk to say they can hear a lot of background noise, Any
siggestions as to another type? I have used the Jabra ones that go in the
ear and don't like them. I saw one from 'Body Glove' that hooked over the
ear a bit and then had a lead that popped into your ear? Any comments?

You want a "noise canceling" head set. The style of the thing is
personal preference and what you're comfortable with. Me, I can't use
any of the in-the-ear sets, so I use an over-the-ear one, from
    Plantronics.
