Yes, it does. I pay for both the regular browser-based anonymizing, and
SSH tunneling. Works great.
Unfortunately, being a Mac user without IE (I have it for testing
purposes, but never use it for anything other than that), I can't use
the browser plugin, which would be most handy.
If you're concerned about privacy, the paid service is quite nice, fast,
and works well.
