Actually I juts went through this-
After many frustrating hours I finally separated the contactsI wanted to get
on the 720 into new folders in outlook, and performed a master reset on the
phone- (default cde is 000000 I think). On the next sync I told outlook to
overwrite the 720 (overkill, but thats what I did anyway), diabled any other
clients, selected the new folder to sych from and performed the sync- and
magic!
I think I took a long walk around the block, but I got there! I am stating
to hate Motorola software- the newer
iDen phone software is even worse!
