#1 | | Guest | In the process of retreving my phonebook with TrueSync, my T720c keeps
turning itself on and off. I have removed the battery, but it does the
same thing. I have even tried just using the AC adapter, and it does
the same thing.
Upon the first initilization of removing the battery, the blue
motorola logo appears, the screen goes black, and the constanly resets
with a black screen and backlight.
Anyone know how I can get out of this?!!!

I have the new software and I still have problems with my phone. (not the same
as the previous post) I think the only way to keep it running is to take out
the battery *at least( once a week. | | | |

I just got back to FL from a trip to CT. Both of my t720's, an Alltel
and a VZW were problematic in CT. They switched back and forth from analog
to digital, numerous black screens that required removing the battery to
reset and poor battery life. They seem to be back to normal in FL. I wonder
if there is some network issue in some areas that this phone just won't
adapt to. I have the latest Alltel firmware and the latest VZW for the T720
(though not the one that makes it a T730).

#8 | | Guest | Update: Took the phone back to Alltel and they looked up the serial
number and said they would have to replace the phone because it is a
defective model by Motorola. They gave me another T720 and marked the
other phone as DOA. I didn't think they would issue me another phone
without sending the defective one back to Motorola for repair since I
bought it from WAL-MART. (By the way, my phone is under a 30 day
warranty.)

44.5P is the same software as the t730, it addes data timers and stuff like
that, as well as lets get it now work over express network
