Trade in T720?

I have heard several times of people who called VZW customer service and
had their defective T720 swapped for a totally different phone. Has
anyone had any experience in this? I've had 4 different T720's and had
problems with all four.

I've done it, but only my first 2 were lemons. I've had the 3rd one
for about 4 months now and it's worked fine....

I had 2 720's and traded for a 730 which also had black screen syndrome and
was given another 730 which I will use as a spare. I found a brand new V60i
on the internet and it works and looks much better than the 730. Minus the
color screens of course, but the slim battery lasts two days with talking
AND data usage, compared to almost one day with the 730 color phone.

Yeah I've done that 3 times. But every phone came out to be bad. I think
this time it would be best to just swap for a different phone. Anyone
know how? I've heard of some people who have pulled it off.
