Just finished BETA testing the new JABRA Ear Wave. Great Earpiece. Has two
gels , one is small and barely fits in your ear and other is a bit larger.
Fits behind the ear, wont fall out. I was very impressed. I was wearing it
talking on the couch, 3 hours later went to get up and realized was still
wearing it. Had no idea.It also has a send/end button at end of small boom.
Also look at the JABRA ProBoom, is a lil bit more $$, but is amplified. On
that one they designed it so you can wear behind the ear or remove the
behind ear piece and just stick in ear. I am in no way involved with Jabra,
just lucky to get in on some BETA tests. Either one of the abovve Earmikes
addresses your issues. (ProBoom is available now) The Ear Wave will probably
ship anyday You probably saw them announcing the VETA test in thias
    newsgroup.
I also have a review on my site (listed bleow) from a newspaper that did a
    review on Earmics.

    Re: handsfree mike recommendations

I agree with the previous post. I recently BETA tested the ear wave myself
and found it to be an amazing earpiece. far better than anything that i have
    owned.
